I’ve only tried pigs ear once and it wasn’t to my liking at the time, but I think it was the way it was prepared (layered and jellied, served cold), this looks a lot more to my taste

My God-Aunt cooks pig ears as do A lot of older women in the south. Shes an EXCELLENT cook but Ive never had a desire to try them until this video.
