Asian Pork Bowl
Asian style pork bowl with @swift__meats and @trybachans ⠀#shorts #porkbowl #dinner

Combine 1 small diced onion, 2-3 small chilies, 1 jalapeno, 2 tsp minced garlic and 2 tsp minced ginger and cook for 3-4 minutes until fragrant. Add 1 pound of ground pork, break it up and cook until no longer pink. Add 2 tbsp brown sugar, a few dashes of fish sauce and @trybachans Japanese BBQ sauce.⠀

Cook over medium heat until all liquid cooks out and the pork starts to caramelize. Serve over rice, topped with more @trybachans , a few tomato wedges, cucumber, and green onions.⠀
