Yay Ashley!
Non stick pans. Never use them. Stainless steel or cast iron. To old to change now
I get this. I've never liked mayonnaise. I learned to make a cooked salad dressing 60+ years ago. Sub for mayonnaise.
I think they meant electric griddle not electric stove. That makes more sense
I am definitely with Jack on the mayo.
Back in the early 80's I worked in a restaurant and we had frittatas with pasta on the menu. They were really popular at lunch time with salads. It was a change from quiche which was very trendy then.
Me too Jack, I love to hand wash dishes!
ashley is adorable and very sincere I never saw this on the show.. she always seemed nervous
Ashley has a glow like i have never seen on her before. She is so incredibly good looking!!!⚘💕⚘
Thought I was the only one who loves to wash dishes, drying not so much
If something was too salty, (usually soup), my Nana would put a potato in it.
Ruth Reichl once made a sandwich with sliced white bread, halved green olives with pimento, and mayonnaise. She swore up and down it was delicious.
How adorable is Jack?
I love both cheese and chocolate, but cheese can be eaten on more foods than chocolate. Butter vs. olive oil: butter goes with more foods, in my opinion. Wouldn’t want to give up any of them. 😞
We totally ❤ love both of you. I'm done talking i want to watch.
Flat or coil, electric is electric! I’ve had both and hate both! I love gas, but I couldn’t spend $6000 to add gas in this house.☹️
Wow further respect to my husband, he has banned me from stacking the dish washer. His favourite reprimand is “small plates in the front and large plates at the back”😱
I'm with Jack on the mayo loathing.
What about a raw potato for too salty sauce?
Kids, for sure. But, pizza and chix nuggets is the menu.
This was fun! I'm so happy ATK is giving us this during the pandemic.
Why does ATK call pans "skillets". It is the most annoying thing ever. I almost don't like to watch it, due to that. 🙄
Jack…yes! I prefer washing dishes. By the sink-full Though, I hate drying. As for having a dishwasher, I pre-wash too, and am fussy about how it’s loaded.
If I had my choice, I’d always have a gas stove. I hate electric of any kind.
Bridget…the next taste challenge needs to be Jack tasting various brands of mayonnaise.
Cook the sauce with a couple of potatoes in it and then remove the potatoes before serving.
Sauce too salty…split it in half, and add more fresh ingredients making a new sauce without salt. Tomatoes, peppers, etc.
Lady is a cook who doesn't realize she owns an electric range…
Awesome segment – I wish we could get this every day or week as a podcast!
Cooked in a Dutch oven!
Jack is adorable 💗
I love Jack! But for reals, does anyone else think he would be so much happier if he came out of the closet…I feel badly for him.
I love a macaroni and cheese omelette!
Question for ATK…
Is there a preferred method to make the baguette for sandwiches like banh mi?
Always liked Jack, almost didn't recognize Ashley with the tan- great to see you both.
This is such an entertaining but at the same time so educational video. Loooooved every “would you rather” in this!
ashley you have electric
how bout putting a potato in to eat the salt
Ashley is so cute. She makes this show. Entertaining and helpful.
Nice guys. Thanks
1st question. I would throw it out and start over. Too salty or too sweet is too far gone to fix. IMO
Throw a whole peeled potato in salty sauce,it will absorb the salt. Too sweet add butter
