  1. Back in the early 80's I worked in a restaurant and we had frittatas with pasta on the menu. They were really popular at lunch time with salads. It was a change from quiche which was very trendy then.

  2. I love both cheese and chocolate,but cheese can be eaten on more foods than chocolate. Butter vs. olive oil: butter goes with more foods, in my opinion. Wouldn’t want to give up any of them. 😞
