– 1 head of garlic
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 2 tbsp of honey
– 2 sprigs of rosemary or thyme.
– 1 tbsp fresh cream
– Salt and pepper
Other :
– Spaghetti
Cooking :
10 to 15 minutes for the Camembert at 180°
40 minutes for tomatoes and garlic.

For the pesto pasta:
Ingredients for 2 people:
– 200g pasta
– 50g of pine nuts
(+ for dressage)
– 50g of parmesan
(+ for dressage)
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 30 to 40
basil leaves
(+ for dressage)
– 3 to 4 tbsp oil
olive
(see + depending
of the consistent

– 1 to 2 egg yolks
– Salt and pepper.

– 50g pine nuts (+ for the vinaigrette)
– 50g parmesan cheese (+ for the vinaigrette)
– 2 cloves garlic
– 30 to 40 basil leaves (+ for the vinaigrette)
– 3 to 4 tablespoons of olive oil (see + depending on the desired consistency)
– 1 to 2 egg yolks
– Salt and pepper.
– 150g dried tomatoes

Ingredients for 2:
– 180g spaghetti
– 150 g of guancial
– 100g Pecorino
– 2 egg yolks
– Salt and pepper

Ingredients :
For the stuffing:
– 200g minced beef
– 200g of minced veal
– 1 tsp minced garlic
– 3 tbsp of milk
– Salt and pepper
– 1/2 onion or 1 onion if small
– 1 large tbsp of tomato puree
– 8 basil leaves
– 1 egg
– 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
For the tomato sauce:
– 1 can of peeled tomato
– 1 chopped onion
– Salt and pepper
– 1 tbsp of sugar
– 1 tbsp of olive oil
– Basil
Others :
– Spaghetti
– 1 Sheep Mozzarella
Cook the meatballs for 20 minutes at 180°
For the tomato sauce 15 minutes covered over medium heat then 1 hour covered over low heat.
