Today’s recipe is a super simple, quick, but delicious Kimchi Duruchigi (Kimchi & Pork Belly Stir Fry). It’s commonly served with tofu, but if you’re not a fan of tofu, you can eat it with rice! This dish is loved by office workers and taxi drivers in Korea.

The Kimchi & pork belly are stir fried in a delicious savory sauce. It goes so well with the tofu! It’s a great way to spice up pork belly, and use fermented Kimchi. The recipe is also very easy! If you don’t like pork belly, you can use any thin cut of pork.

Ingredients
– 1 1/2 lb pork belly
– 7~8 oz fermented Kimchi
– 16 oz tofu (1 or 2 packages)
– 1/2~ 1 onion
– 2~3 scallions
– 1 pepper for spice

Stir Frying pork belly
– 1/2 Tbsp Soju, or any cooking wine
– 1 Tbsp minced garlic
– 1 tsp grated ginger (juice only)

Seasonings
– 2 Tbsp Gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
– 2 Tbsp Gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
– 1 tsp soy sauce
– 3 tsp sesame oil
– 1 Tbsp Rice Oligo Syrup
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
