This Easy Dhaba Style Palak Chicken Gravy comes together in just one pot and is ready in 30 minutes. No complicated steps or hard-to-find ingredients—just a creamy, hearty, and delicious spinach chicken curry that tastes like it’s straight from a highway dhaba. Perfect with naan or jeera rice for a satisfying, fuss-free meal the whole family will love.

Ingredients:-

800gr Chicken
100gr Mustard Oil
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Black Cardmom
1 Inch Cinnamon Stick
4 Cloves
2 Green Cardmom
⅕ Tsp Black Pepper Corn
1 Bay Leaf
2 Chopped Onion
1 Tbsp Green Chilli Paste
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Cumin Powder
⅕ Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
2 Tomatoes
1 Tbsp Chicken Masala Powder
2 Bunch Spinach Paste ( Palak )

Tadka Ingredients:-

2 Tbsp Pure Ghee
6 Chopped Garlic
2 Whole Red Chilli
