Boneless Pork Meat with fat – 1 kg 600 gms
Salt – 1 ½ tsp

Pork Liver – 400 gms
Salt – ½ tsp
Turmeric / Haldi powder – ½ tsp
Water – 1 cup / 250 ml

Ground paste Ingredients:
Tamarind – 1 ½ inch size
Warm Water – ½ cup / 120 ml
Kashmiri Red Chillies – 30
Garlic cloves – 30 medium size
Ginger – 2 inch piece
Cumin / Jeera seeds – 2 tsp
Black Peppercorns – ½ tsp / around 32 medium size
Cinnamon stick – 2 inch stick
Cloves – 16
Salt – 1 tsp
Goan Vinegar – ¾ cup / 180 ml
( If Goan Vinegar is not available, Apple Cider or Palm Vinegar can be
used )
Water – 1 ¼ cups / 300 ml

Cooking Ingredients:
Onions – 8 medium size
Green Chillies – 2 medium size
Coconut Jaggery – ¼ cup
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Water – 1 cup / 250 ml
Salt – 2 ½ tsp
Cooking Oil – 1 tsp
