**📝 FULL RECIPE & INGREDIENTS:**

• Oil: 1/3 cup
• Flame medium!
• Onion sliced: 2 medium size
*Sautee the onion until light golden.*
• Cashew/Kaju: 7-8
*To make an onion paste, add a small amount of water & blend.*
• Oil: 1 tbsp
• Green cardamom/elaichi: 1-2
• Cloves/loung: 2-3
• Bay leaf/tezPatta: 2-3
• Cinnamon/darchini: 1
• Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp
• Chicken: 1 kg
*Cook the chicken until it turns from pink to white throughout on medium flame!*
• Garam masala powder: 1 & 1/2 tsp
• Red chili powder: 1 tsp
• Salt: 1 tsp
• Turmeric/haldi (powder): 1/2 tsp
• Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
*Add onion & cashew paste!*
*Now mix well on medium flame for 2-3 minutes!*
*Add a small amount of water to the remaining paste, then pour it out*
• Yogurt/dahi: 1/2 cup
*Regular yogurt only, please (not sour yogurt)*
*Turn the flame down to low or off while adding the yogurt.*
• Green chilies: 3
• Black pepper(crushed): 1 tsp
• water: 1 cup
*Cover it & cook it for 15 min on medium low flame!*
• Fenugreek/methi: 1 tbsp
• Garam masala powder: 1 tsp
• Fresh cream: 2 tbsp
*Place the burnt charcoal coil on the metal plate.*
*Now pour 1 drop of oil!*
*Cover it & cook it for 2 min on medium low flame!*
*Add fresh coriander(chopped) & chilies*
