Eating avocados regularly may benefit health in several ways, including protecting against heart disease, improving overall diet quality, improving a sense of fullness, and promoting gut health.

Ingredients,
1/2 of a large Avocado or 1 small, sliced
1 banana, sliced
1 handful of fresh spinach
8-10 almonds
3-4 fresh mint leaves
1 cup oat or milk of choice (may use water)
put everything into a blender jar and blend until smooth.

Have it at breakfast or at any time of the day!
save any leftover juice in the refrigerator for up to two days.
