Everyone needs a quick morning fix or a great nutritional drink on-the-go. We have many smoothies to share with you starting with our vegan avocado, pineapple & banana smoothie. No added sugar just natural goodness to help boost your body! We like our drink to be thick but if you want it to be more liquid just added more ice and/or milk (almond, soy, oat milks are great alternatives to regular milk)
Makes 2 smoothies | 5 min to prepare
1 Ripe Avocado
1 cup frozen Pineapple chunks
½  Banana
1 cup milk (of your choice)
½ cup ice
Lime zest
Cut, pit & Peel avocados into quarters. Place avocado, pineapple, banana, milk & ice in blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into glass add lime zest & enjoy!
