3 tbsp butter
2 sprigs fresh rosemary

10 whole garlic cloves
1 cup chicken broth
For Gravy:
1 1/2 tbsp butter
1 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup pan drippings broth, strained
