8 boneless skinless chicken thighs 2 cups BBQ Sauce 4 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce Onion & garlic powder Salt & pepper All purpose seasoning (I use Cavender’s & Tony’s)
In a baking dish, lay thighs flat in even layer. Season with all seasoning to your taste. Sprinkle 2 tbsp Worcestershire on them. Put 1 cup bbq sauce on them and rub it all in making sure the thighs are covered in seasoning and bbq sauce mixture. Flip over the thighs and repeat with seasoning and remaining Worcestershire and BBQ sauce. Again, rub it all in real good. Cover baking dish with foil. Cut a few small slits in foil for steam to escape. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
Remove from oven. Remove foil from baking dish. Spoon sauce over each chicken thigh. Return to oven uncovered for another 20 minutes until a “skin” of sauce has formed over thighs and thighs are fork tender like a roast and the fat has cooked out.
You can use more or less BBQ sauce if you like. You really cannot mess up this dish. I have also done this with bottled Terryaki sauce and it was wonderful!
