Ingredients ⬇️ 
2 red/purple skin sweet potato (grated) (3-4 cups)
1/2 to 1 cup coconut (grated fine)
1 to 11/2 cup brown sugar (less or more depending on your preference)
1 stick of unsalted butter (melted)
2 eggs
1 cup milk
salt to taste
1-2 tsp nutmeg
1-2 tsp cinnamon (i used 3-4 tsp)
2-3 cups flour – the more flour you use, the firmer your bread will be
1-2 tsp vanilla extract
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr and 10 mins or until golden at the top and set in the middle

Let it cool so it can set, enjoy!

  1. Didn't give good step by step instructions. Most importantly, you didn't even mentioned the ingredients you used. You just showed a display on your countertop. How many potatoes, what kind of potatoes, how much coconut, how much flour, did you use water or cream?

    And that's a WHOLE LOT of spices. Cinnamon is very overpowering, but I'll use my discretion.
