  1. 100% Bajra Bread 🍞

    Ingredients
    Psyllium husk 2 tbsp
    Sugar 1tbsp
    Yeast 2 tsp
    Oil 2tbsp
    Warm Water 1Cup + 3/4 Cup
    Milk 2tbsp
    Seeds of choice 2tbsp
    Steps
    ➡️ Take a mixing bowl. Add bajra Flour.
    ➡️ Make a well in between. Add psyllium husk , sugar, yeast, oil and warm water.
    ➡️ Mix it well. After 5 mins it will start getting thick like a dough.
    ➡️ Transfer to greased bread tin.
    ➡️ Cover & keep in warm place for 2 hours.
    ➡️ Brush with Milk & seeds.
    ➡️ Bake in pre heated oven @200 degrees for 25 mins.
    ➡️ Once bread is out of oven cover with wet cloth for 30 mins.
    ➡️ Store in Air Tight Container and use within 2 days.
