100% Bajra Bread đ
Ingredients
Psyllium husk 2 tbsp
Sugar 1tbsp
Yeast 2 tsp
Oil 2tbsp
Warm Water 1Cup + 3/4 Cup
Milk 2tbsp
Seeds of choice 2tbsp
Steps
âĄī¸ Take a mixing bowl. Add bajra Flour.
âĄī¸ Make a well in between. Add psyllium husk , sugar, yeast, oil and warm water.
âĄī¸ Mix it well. After 5 mins it will start getting thick like a dough.
âĄī¸ Transfer to greased bread tin.
âĄī¸ Cover & keep in warm place for 2 hours.
âĄī¸ Brush with Milk & seeds.
âĄī¸ Bake in pre heated oven @200 degrees for 25 mins.
âĄī¸ Once bread is out of oven cover with wet cloth for 30 mins.
âĄī¸ Store in Air Tight Container and use within 2 days.
