Baked Bean Pasta | Perima’s Kitchen Recipe!
Ingredients:
Oil
Onions
Curry leaves
Green chilli
Garlic (optional)
1 levelled tsp Cumin
1 levelled tsp Coriander
1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder of 1 small cinnamon stick
1 levelled tsp Turmeric
2 tsp Chilli powder
&/ or a tsp Masala mix ( optional)
2 can Baked beans
1/4 tsp Asafoetida (hing)
1 tbs Butter
Salt to taste
2 spoonfuls pasta water
Sprinkle of cheese ( I used mozzarella & Gouda)
Fresh herbs or dried herbs
500grams macaroni or similar pasta
