Baked Fish Fillets

Servings – 2 – 3

INGREDIENTS
Ginger garlic paste – 2 teaspoons
Red chili – 2 teaspoons
Turmeric – 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala – 1 teaspoon
Salt – 2 teaspoons
Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons
Fish fillet – 500 grams
Semolina

PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste, 2 teaspoons red chili, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 2 teaspoons salt, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and mix all the ingredients well.
2. Take fish fillet and spread the prepared mixture on both sides.
3. Marinate for 1 hour.
4. Sprinkle semolina on top of it.
5. Preheat the oven to 320°F/160 °C. Bake for 30 – 40 minutes.
6. Serve hot.
