You don't think that is undercooked?yah I'm gonna cook mine to 165 just to be on the safe side,I'm not judging but that red meat on pork tells me not cooked enough to kill bacteria❤

Pop it in the oven for a few minutes, guess you need to check it every few minutes until done, and guess on temperature to cook on🤔
