2 ripe bananas
220g AP flour
8g Baking powder
1g Baking soda
2.5g salt (kosher)
Pinch of cinnamon
75g Butter (softened)
65g sugar
65g brown sugar
2 eggs (room temp
PAN SIZE – 8.5"x4.5"x2.75"
OVEN TEMP 350F (176C)
TIME – 40-45 MINUTES
(mine took 45 minutes, always check with a wooden stick)

I’ve already made this banana bread twice. and it is so moist and delicious. Never dense. I love ❤️ it. Today I made it and I added a little splash of vanilla, raisins and some walnuts and after it baked while it was still warm, I added some butter on a slice of the bread and it is to die for. This is really similar to my mom's recipe, except we add some good vanilla with the butter and eggs and add ginger along with the cinnamon. Sometimes we add walnuts or chocolate chips too

Mine came out just a tiny bit dry, i think my bananas were a little smaller than standard and i thought the batter seemed a little too thick, i should have trusted my gut and added the third I had but i always follow the recipe to a T the first time and trust the process, will definitely try again next time we have the right ripeness banan's
