    Here's one for you, since you're on a watermelon kick –

    The Gracie Diet banana watermelon smoothie:

    1. Put some watermelon flesh in the blender and pulse a few times or blend on low for a few seconds to liquefy

    2. Pour the blended mixture into a nut milk bag and squeeze to remove solids (takes 30 seconds)

    3. Pour strained watermelon juice back into blender, add some frozen bananas, and blend!

    Delicious!
