Been there twice and wasnāt a fan. Both times my brisket portions had about 35/40% fat. The cooking was great but the quality control of what I got served left me underwhelmed. I prefer phatboyz in Walloon.

Been to BBQ Mafia about 20 months ago. Unfortunately, my brisket then was dry as chalk and so I never went back. Maybe I was unlucky and it was a one off incident.
