Wtf, why put it on the warming rack? You're only cooking one piece of meat, just set up a hot and cool zone on the grate. You'll get way more charcoal flavor. And the oval design that Primo has been riding on for years is not nearly as cool as they think it is.
imagine how good it would be with a real grill.
