Basting Sauce
1 cup ketchup – 8 pesos
1/8 cup soy sauce – 40 centavos
1/3 cup brown sugar – 7.2 pesos
1/4 cup oil – 50 centavos

Suka
1tbsp garlic – 2 pesos
1 onion – 3 pesos
5 pcs kalamansi – 5 pesos
1 cup vinegar – 3.2 pesos
1 tbsp patis or fish sauce – 50 centavos
Salt and pepper to taste – 50 centavos
1/4 cup white sugar – 5.4 pesos
