BBQ Baby Back Ribs
My method of cooking ribs is way better than boiling them. Baking in an oven bag makes the ribs tender while retaining their flavor. The sauce is a creation of my brother and my father. All tried and true!
1 (3-pound) rack baby back ribs
Salt & black pepper
½ cup bottled bbq sauce
⅓ cup Heinz 57
3-4 tablespoons buffalo wing sauce
1 large oven cooking bag
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Cut rack of ribs in half. Season well with sake and pepper. Place ribs side by side in cooking bag. Seal bag tightly and place on a baking pan. Bake in preheated oven for 2 hours until ribs are tender. In the meantime, mix bbq sauce with Heinz 57 and Buffalo wing sauce. Whisk to combine. Preheat grill. Continue cooking ribs, basting with bbq sauce, until the ribs are slightly charred and heated through. Serves 3 to 4.

Does it make any difference when you don't remove the back membrane?
Real ribs require smoke to cook them.

Whatever works. They look delicious!! I pressure cook mine for 35 minutes and then broil or grill them with sauce until carmelized and browned. If we want them sticky I add some honey to the sauce.
What seasoning?
Oh no, Ma'am. You forgot the smoke. 🤦🏻♂️
I want some.
