  1. Ingredients (serves 2):
    -200g chicken breast
    -1.5 tsp bbq seasoning
    -100g dry pasta
    -10g bbq sauce
    -15g ranch dressing
    -100g fat free greek yoghurt
    -80g shredded lettuce
    -1/2 diced red onion
    -3 salad tomatoes chopped
    -50g sweetcorn
    -20g Red Leicester cheese grated (can sub for reduced fat cheddar)
    -Tsp bacon bits
    Method:
    ❤️Season the chicken all over with the bbq seasoning. Bake in the centre of a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees celsius (fan assisted).
    ❤️Whilst the chicken is cooking, boil the pasta in a large pan of salted water. Once cooked, drain and rinse with cold water.
    ❤️When the chicken is cooked, remove and brush over the bbq sauce. Cut into small cube shapes. Leave to cool slightly.
    ❤️Mix together the ranch dressing and greek yoghurt set to one side.
    ❤️In a large bowl, add the shredded lettuce, cooked pasta, sweetcorn, red onion, tomatoes, grated cheese and bacon bits.
    ❤️Toss until all of the ingredients are fully combined.
