Hey Uncle Chris & Jay!! I think its awesome that you shared this with all of us. We're not perfect, and not everything will be a success. Its good to be realistic like that & show these mishaps in everyday life. I learned that some of my fav meals growing came about cos of a mishap of some kind. (Sloppy Joe bake cos we had no buns for example.) We call these recipes happy accidents. So go and enjoy those chicken & ribs!!!
