Kale, JackFruit package as Iesha mentioned you can find it in Publix near the "vegan" section fresh fruit, Carolina Barbecue sauce, 1 red, 1 yellow pepper, 1/2 red onion, pine nuts (I had to substitute sunflower seeds because my local store did not have pine nuts) virgin olive oil, spray and water to clean the kale, red crushed pepper, sea salt, lemon pepper, smoked paprika, n'orleans cajun seasoning, vinegar – light and half/lemon squeezed. ENJOY :o) This sald is the TRUTH and Iesha thanks for sharing again. :O)

All that fresh ingredients then she pulls out the prepackaged stuff to eat acting like that healthy Let me make you people understand something being vegan does not equate to healthy if it’s prepackaged. Eating kale that’s not slightly cooked is not good for your gut health. Lots of vegan options seem to be prepackaged microwaved meals. If you not making it yourself don’t bother.
