In today’s video I will be showing you how to make some absolutely amazing smoky pork belly lollipops! These delicious pinwheels of pork are sweet, smoky, juicy, and so delicious! Best of all, they require minimal quick prep, and also cook pretty quickly, as these were done in about 3-3.5 hours. The biggest thing to focus on with these is tenderness, and in turn you will have a juicy rendered pork belly lollipop! I cooked these on my Ole Hickory CTO, but these can be cooked on any cooker, you just need to focus on maintaining temperature, and cooking to tenderness.
