BBQ Pork Hock Stir-Fry 烧烤味猪肘子

Ingredients:
• 2 lb cooked pork hock, sliced (猪肘子切片)
• 3 tbsp cooking oil
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 bunch scallions, chopped
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 3 tbsp Chinese BBQ seasoning (homemade or store-bought)
• 1 tsp chili flakes (optional, for heat)

Instructions:
1. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and chopped scallions. Stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced cooked pork hock and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until slightly crispy on the edges.
4. Season with salt, soy sauce, Chinese BBQ seasoning, and chili flakes (if using).
5. Stir everything well so the meat is coated evenly. Cook for another 2–3 minutes. Enjoy!
