havent seen a webber that big before
They make 37" Webers? Ahhhhhh, I want.
Man them ribs look finger licking good!!!😛😛😋😋
What State are you in Texas?
I do like the methods and results. Lived in Texas for awhile, dig the no sauce.
Love what you did here. I’m from 🇨🇦. Weather is warming up and I’m gonna try this method. I have a 22” Weber. I will make it work. Thanks man.
I spent 1700 for my grill and love it 😂
You have an awesome technique
When you said " I don't trim off nothing" I agreed with you sir. Excellent cook on the ribs and chicken. Had me ssitting here crying lol wishing I had a plate. New subscriber and I'll be back watching all of your videos. Keep that delicious bbq coming!!
Golly look at that smoke ring! So juicy looking! Man I’d love to eat your ribs!!
I have had two of those barrows in my yard left over from a previous owner and had no idea what to do with them; however, thanks to this video I now know how to put them to use. I'm glad that I didn't throw them away! Nice tips, and the fire arrangement looks like a interesting idea as well.
Thanks for sharing!
By the way I forget to mention the cowboy hat was baller! I think I might get me one,a little pricy though😁
I love your style man!
Young man, I love to watch you cook! I’ve never done ribs the way that I just watched you do, but I can’t wait to when I can get out and get some going! I’ve never had rib tips, but thanks to your guidance I now know how to do it.
Keep up the good work and thank you for what you do.
Truly impressive.
Nice grilling looks delicious
Lastly, I love your knives and utensils. They look handmade, did you make them?
The thing with folding over, "tucking" the meat, is simple yet brilliant! I'm going to stick with my mustard over the cooking spray, but everything else I'm going to try from your demonstration. I have a much smaller square shaped weber, but it works much the same way.
Great Job outstanding
Some of the best BBQ cooking is done in one style of smoker. They don't switch between 52 different types.
Complete master of the grill!. I love this guy, complete command of the fire, unbelievable. Your the Man. Regards Marcus.
Great job on the kettle. Knowing what your pit is doing and having that insight makes the job and results so much easier. Seeing people rely on gadgets for me only takes away from a cook as this, using your eyes and knowing the pit and what it's capable of brings it all together. I enjoyed watching, no fanfare, bravado just straight down the road give it to me BBQ. The only thing I pulled exception to was the comment saying this is southern Q and that's how we do it. Not much different here in my northern backyard, I do my ribs the same but on a Santa Maria. Well, I really enjoyed the presentation, could almost taste the cook, it pulled on my BBQ happiness, it was a good ride. I subscribed, how could I not
Beautiful chicken halves as well.I would love to hit those with some Alabama white sauce.
Very good video on how to use the weber to smoke ribs on and yes you are correct most backyard hotdog cooker’s don’t have a clue how to smoke with a weber.
👍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️👍
I mean I was in doubt when I saw the ribs going down but I will be the first to admit I was wrong and learned something new today! This takes me back to that old school OG Southern Style BBQ. I am so excited I ran across your page brother!
