Korean BBQ Lamb cutlets #shorts



Ingredients

– Lamb cutlets
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 spring onion, finely diced
– 2 tbsp Gochujang
– 1 tbsp light soy
– 1.5 tbsp brown sugar
– 1 tbsp black vinegar
– 0.5 tbsp sesame oil

Hot tip, this marinade works really well on chicken also, just be careful as the high sugar content burns easily.

Method

1. Mix everything for the marinade together in a bowl.
2. Pour the marinade over the lamb and leave in the fridge for 2-24 hours.
3. Take your lamb out of the fridge and grill over high heat for 5-6 minutes each side.
4. Rest for 5 minutes and serve.
