Hey, thanks for the video and showing the process. What are you using to make the pancakes? Is it a type of batter mix or just flour (rice flour perhaps) ?

Oh yeah! Gave me some ideas. I'm assuming the marinade liquids were soy sauce and honey. Great video. I read the NY Times article on this craze that has spread across China and had to find out what all the commotion was about.
