On my website there are hundreds of meal prep, snack, and macro friendly dessert recipes that I have developed over the years. There are no targeted ads, no pointless life stories and endless scrolling to get to the ingredient list, just the recipes. I have a subscription based model where Gold Members have access to every recipe on the site, which is under $5/month with annual memberships. If that’s not your thing, there is also a Silver level membership that is free for life, still ad free, and you get access to a good amount of the recipes. Registering to become a member, whether that is a Gold or Silver (free) member, is the best way you can help support what I do. I appreciate all of you more than you know 😎

Your recipes have allowed me to lose 8 pounds in 3 weeks; from 170 to 162. Been using your under 500 calorie recipes for all 3 meals and it's been great. Few more pounds and I'll be ready for summer!
Sponsored videos are a no go.
plz do more of the cold meal prep meals. luv your vids, I just take my meals to work an have to eat on the road a lot. keep up the great work bro!
I've been eating the same thing everyday for the past few months cuz I'm broke. 1 egg in the morning and a piece of whole wheat toast with avocado, 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos from Taco Bell for lunch during the work week (only $2), brown rice and grilled chicken thighs with mixed frozen veggies for dinner and greek yogurt with blueberries as a snack. I literally spend less than $120 per month on food and I'm still solid and healthy. Sometimes I even spend less than that, I've lost around 40 lbs of stubborn body fat in the process so being broke af has some benefits lol. I went from 230 lbs to 190 relatively quick. I've come to realize that I don't ever need to eat at an expensive restaurant again
Yo Josh, what class container are you using? They look sick.
I normally don't comment but I have to say, this is literally the best nutritious meal I have ever made!! I've been trying to eat healthier but it's difficult when I have zero cooking experience and no one else in the household can cook. I took out the onions and added snap peas and it was incredible!! I also used my homemade bbq sauce so I had more control of what I ate. This experience has inspired me to cook more meals, you have my gratitude good sir! Thank you!
Another banger recipe thanks bro making this for my lunch next week! 💪🏼
I made this recipe, using 7%fat turkey mince, got portions to 433 per portion and got happily 6 servings from it- it's is a gorgeous recipe , thanks so much for posting- your videos are awesome !!!
The bowl size change 😂
I made this last week. it's an absolute cheat code for staying full for a long time on a small serving.
hey Josh…… im curious do you have any vegetarian options? or do you really hate veggies that much that you only hide them in mac and cheese ??? hehe
you hold your fork like a caveman just like me, respect
Thank you for the great videos. Is there any chance a sale comes around again for the membership? Im really trying to save money, but I do appreciate your content
Hey, what are the name of those new crystal containers?
Josh, I make firecracker beer and honey garlic turkey on a rotation weekly. This will be added to the rotation. My girl can not eat any dairy and alot of your meals are dairy free. Thanks.
bro thanks ive been on a cut at my uni and its quite easy out here to track calories but at home i find it harder as I eat what my parents cook but im excited to do some of these meal prep to continue the cut and do some cooking at home
Josh can you make a meatloaf? Seems like it would be something easy to make, quick, and could load macros into it. Best.
why don't you drink out of a 5 gallon bucket?
I really like your recipes but I don't really meal prep, what I actually do is cut the amounts of protein and carbs in your recipes by half and keep the vegetables the same amount or arround 75% (because I really like vegetables) and eat the same thing for luch and dinner because I don't like eating food from the day before and like this I only have to cook once a day. Like this I try to eat arround 1800 calories between lunch and dinner and arround 400 for breakfast because I eat only 3 times a day.
nice recipe. what reusable containers are you using? I bought a glass set but they have a variety of different sizes. for meal prep I need a set with 5 of the same container.
can you make a good protein meal with ground bison ? with like 700 calories
Great video but have u guys noticed the way he uses a fork haha
bulk meals please
I love your videos and sense of humor Josh. Can you please consider make a macro friendly version of the viral tik tok “baked spaghetti” “million dollar spaghetti” whatever the hell it is called? I made a healthier version today using high protein pasta and a cauliflower alfredo sauce (that veggie hater Josh would have approved). I never knew how hard it was to calculate macros while making a recipe on the fly. So much respect to YouTubers like yourself!
Just found your channel and it's a life saver. I meal prep lunches each week and have a hard time finding good recipes that match my calorie intake, and macros.
I'll be making this this weekend. Thanks
Great looking recipe but, does he not have any cups to drink from?
This is so delicious and simple, thank you!
