Ingredients:
2 Beef champ
Garlic paste 1.5 tbsp
Ginger paste 1.5 tbsp
Green chilies crushed 1 tbsp
Chili flakes 2 tsp
Salt 1.5 tsp
Crushed Coriander 2 tbsp
Crushed Cumin 1.5 tbsp
Garam masala 1.5 tsp
red chili 2 tsp
Kashmiri laal Mirch 2 tsp
lemon juice 3 tbsp
Vinegar 1.5 cup
Direction:
– In a bowl add all the spices with vinegar and mix.
– Marinate the champ with prepared mixture, make sure to coat each side well Leave them to marinate for 2 to 3 hours.
– In a pressure cooker add marinated champ and marination as well.
– Add 1/4 cup oil.
– Seal the pressure cooker and cook on high heat until the first whistle, then reduce heat and continue cooking for 30 to 45 min.
– Once the pressure is released, open the lid.
– Champ roast is now ready to serve.
