*Ingredients **steps:
*1 kg beef
Do the following for marination
*1/2 tsp turmeric powder
*1 tsp salt
*a few curry leaves
*1 tbsp yoghurt
*1 tsp chilli powder
**mix well
**keep aside for 30 minutes
**to a hot pan, add some coconut oil
*1 tsp cumin seeds
*1 tsp fennel seeds
*3-4 green chilliies
*a few curry leaves
*add grind/crushed paste (ginger & garlic as shown in video)
*2-3 onion chopped
**saute until brown
*add some salt
*1/2 tsp turmeric powder
*3 tsp chilli powder
*4 tsp coriander powder
*1 tsp garam masala
*1/2 tsp pepper powder
*saute for 1 minute until raw smell fades
*add some water
**saute until oil oozes out
*add 1 tomato chopped
**cover and cook until tomatoes are soft
**add the marinated beef
**mix well
**cover and cook for 20 minutes in medium heat stirring occationally
**cover and cook for 10 minutes in low heat
*add 2 chopped potatoes
*add some water
*salt as required
*1 cup coconut milk
*cover and cook for 7-8 minutes in low heat
**if requried, add some more water for more gravy
*1/2 tsp pepper powder
*1/2 tsp garam masala
*cook for 1 more minute
*turn off the heat
*garnish with coriander and curry leaves
*add 1/2 tsp coconut oil
Serve and enjoy

  1. Guys, I made this today. Though took time , the dish was absolutely a treat. It came out so well and delicious. Just ate with plain basmati rice and it was so good. This will indeed be my all time favorite beef recipe
