Beef Enchiladas Recipe
Filling
1 lb ground Beef
1 Jalapeno
1 small Onion
1 tbsp Canola Oil
1 tbsp Original Seasoning Salt
1/2 tsp Montreal steak Spice
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
pinch of Black Pepper
Sauce
3 cups La Victoria Enchilada Sauce
1 cup Mennomex Enchilada Sauce
1 tbsp Valentina Sauce
1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
1/2 tsp Mexican Buffalo Sauce
1 tbsp 18% Cream
1/2 tsp Cocoa Powder
25 Tortillas
4 cups shredded cheese
Prepare meat and cook for 5 min. Fry tortillas on both sides just until soft, prepare sauce. Put about a heaping tsp meat in tortilla and roll up, put in a casserole dish. preheat oven to 375 F, pour sauce over tortillas, put cheese on top and bake for 25 to 30 min
