Recipe
Beef boneless (cubes) 1/2 kg
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Orange food color a pinch
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Water 1 ½ cup
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Coriander seeds crushed 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Oil (for shallow frying) as required
Directions:
1. In a bowl add beef, chili sauce, soy sauce, red chili powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt, vinegar, coriander powder, orange food color, ginger garlic paste and mix it well.
2. In a pan add this marinated beef and add water. Cover and cook until beef is fully done.
3. Now transfer it to a bowl add corn flour, red chili flakes, coriander seeds crushed, lemon juice and mix it well.
4. In a pan heat oil and add marinated boti. Shallow fry for 2-3 mins. Your Chatkhara Boti is ready.

Cooking time: 30 mins
