BERRY SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

3 cups oat milk
10-12 fresh strawberries
4 elaichi bananas
20-30 fresh blueberries
3 tbsps sunflower seeds

Method

1. Hull the strawberries. Peel and slice bananas.
2. Transfer strawberries, blueberries and bananas and sunflower seeds in a blender jar. Add oat milk and blend to fine mixture.
3. Serve.
