We are huge beef lover Lahore ka haleem bohut he. Koi. Anokha tha cholay ka sense hazam nhi huwa Karachi main hum itna koi haleem banatay hain soch hy ap ki or muharram main 1000 daigain ki daigain but Lahore main ap ka style bobut he different tha hum banain gy zaror risk lain gy hum coz always welcome every culture and tradition. 50 gms ginger chopped
Onions 1 kg
Beef 2 kg bones
Beef muqaddam in cooker add water
1 tbsp salt 3 tbsp garlic paste and cook for 45 min
Lentils
Moongi 250 gms
Masoor 250 gms
Boil all the lentils and wheat with salt
Channa daal 500 gms
Wheat. 500 gms
Add salt 2 tbsp
Haldi 1tbsp
Sokha dhania 2tbsp
Chilli pd 2tbsp oil 1/2 cup add water boil
Channay 1/2 kg
Boil with just salt
Add 1 kg ghee add onions fry take the brown onions out of the oil green illaichi 25 black cardamom 25.
Shreds the beef add in the remaining oil add all thre lentils leave Lille onions for garnish and add the rest in lentils and the Illaichi powder 1 tbsp black pepper 2 tbsp garam masala 1 tsp jaiffel
Tarka
Add 1/2 cup desi ghee
Daigee laal mirch 1tsp and chilli pd 1tsp and 3 tbsp water and pour over haleem
