INGREDIENTS AND SYNTHESIS

Barley 3/4cup
Wheat 3/4Cup
Split Bengal Gram 1/2cup
Rice 1/4cup
Red Lentil 1/4 cup
Yellow Lentil 1/4cup
White Lentil 1/4cup
Add water & let them soak overnight

In The Big Pot
Soaked Lentils
Water 3liter
Bring it Boil
cover & cook on low flame until tender approx 2-3 hours
Mash In & Mix Well.

In The Separate Pot
Oil 1/2cup
Cinnamon Sticks 1inch
Black Pepper 12-15
Bay Leaf 1
Onion 2 Medium Siz
Fry Until Golden Light Color
Boneless beef large pieces ½ kg
Green Chilli 5-6
mix well until it changes color

Salt 1tbs
Red Chilli Powder 1.5tbs
Coriander Powder 1/2tbs
Garam Masala Powder 1tsp
Turmeric 1/2tbs
Cardamom Crushed 1tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1tbs
Yogurt 1cup
cook until oil separates (4-5 minutes)
Water 4-5 cup
Bring It Boil

cover & cook on low flame until tender (approx. 1 hour).

Shred the meat
Mix in the prepared dal

MASH WELL WHILE COOKING UNTIL DESIRED CONSISTENCY COOKING TIME APPROX. 1-2 HOUR

In frying pan
cooking oil 1/2cup
onion 1 Medium Size
fry until golden
Add In Haleem then mix

GARNISH
Mint
Coriander
Chilli
Lemon
Fried Onion
Enjoy
