what kind of beef bud? 5 secs in and i can already tell its a bad "recipe"
hello! how much pellets you use for 5 hours?
In the smoke start up mode it goes between 112 and 150
Why beer?
What temperture
what kinda of beef cut did yall use
Folks what temp we thinking? 165-180?
Notice how their didn’t put a temp!! That’s because the lowest setting of 180 won’t hold!! At least on my Traeger it won’t..
Calls it peppered jerky, then proceeds to add soy sauce, dark beer, brown sugar etc. FOH.
Do I need to use curing salt?
anyone have the actual recipe? it was removed from traegars website
How much curing salt do You use
what can we use in place of the beer?

Made this on my Ironwood 650 using inside round. Very tasty, next time Ill add a little brown sugar (say 1/4 cup) just to give it a little sweetness. It was ready after only 3 hours so check your meat regularly to make sure you don't overcook it, 4 hours is probably too long.
We tried the recipe and it was really really good
So you just put it on "smoke"? You don't use any heat?
looks great, to be fair, gave vid a thumbs up but not happy about it; should not have to go anywhere to see the full recipe!
It'll be a lot less tough if it's sliced against the grain.
Oh He** Ya…gonna make this most definitely
