THANKS YOU GOODNESS 🌟 AMAZING LOVELY ROAST BEEF ❤️🖤💚🤎 FAMILY DAPHNE COTTON ALWAYS 💜 AWESOME BEAUTIFUL ✨
This recipe is not good. 🥲
She talks about cross contamination with the meat and vegetables but she's handled the pepper mill, the Worcestershire sauce and the chipotle sauce bottles with raw meat on her hands and then touches the tap before "flash rinsing" her hands!!! if she were my personal chef, I'd fire her.

For this cut it will not be tender if you just sprinkle your seasonings and pour soy sauce over both sides on a cutting board. I have used this but before and it can be done only if you aren’t trying to grill it immediately. I use soy sauce, fresh squeezed lemon juice, black pepper, minced garlic, olive oil a dash of paprika. (I marinate it overnight therefore I don’t add salt as the soy sauce is enough). Mix the ingredients together, place the meat in a ziplock and pour the marinate into the bag. I usually cut up onions in larger pieces and toss it into the bag once the meat and marinate are in… . Squeeze out the air, zip it and give it a good shake. I place the bag in a bowl in the fridge overnight (turning the bag upside down a few time to make sure the meat is evenly marinated. The meat isn’t mushy, dry or rough. It taste fantastic! Extremely flavorful, juicy and it is tender! I wouldn’t use or recommend this cut if you’re trying to get it on the grill within the hour or two. If will be dry and the meat will be tough.
What was not addressed was how to make the chuck roast tender. Classically, chuck needs to be cooked low and slow. I have no faith in this video, and would rather fork out the extra $$$ for a more tender cut of beef. I'll save the chuck for my crock pot.
you just contaminated your pepper mill.
