Beef Keema Recipe in Tamil | பீஃப் கீமா :

Key tips:
Beef is a great source of protein. Feed beef for growing children
This dish can be done with mutton and chicken as well.

Ingredients:
250 grams Beef (Minced)
1 Cup Green Peas
1 Large Onion
1 tsp Fennel Seeds
1 Cinnamon Stick
2 Cloves
2 Cardamoms
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 tsp Turmeric
4 tsp Coriander Powder
2 tsp Red Chili powder
1 tsp Garam Masala powder
4 Nos. Green Chilis
CURRY and CORIANDER leaves to garnish
SALT to taste

Cooking:
In a heated pan, add oil, add spices – Fennel Seeds, Cinnamon Stick, Cloves and Cardamoms
add 1 finely chopped large onion, add salt. Let it turn to golden brown color
Add ginger garlic paste and mix until the raw flavor goes
Add spice powder: turmeric, coriander, red chili and garam masala powder
Add peas and let it cook
Add salt
Add Green chilis
Add mutton keema and mix it well
In a closed lid cook for 6-8 minutes. Stir in between.
Mix all of them. Taste the dish and adjust salt and hot water as needed.
When the meat is cooked
Add Curry and coriander leaves
Now an awesome Beef keema is ready
