This is an easy and delicious Pakistani beef masala curry. Spicy Beef curry preparation
It goes well with ghee rice, paratha and chappathi.beef masala by yasmin cooking

Ingredients
Half kg beef
2 large onion
1 cup tomatoes
10 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons ginger
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
Half teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon all spices
1 teaspoon dry coriander powder
2 tablespoons dry fenugreek leaves
1 cinnamon stick
5 cloves
8 black pepper
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 star anise
1 black cardamom
3 green cardamom
