Slow down
ketch up don't belong in pastelles
No achotte oil? And corn?
Where can I get the pastele press please
That more like a tamale
Y’all never watched Gordon Ramsay a day in your life? No colour, No flavour. Why in the world would you not fry off the beef?
1/4 butter but yet a half goes in..
You did not show how to soften the leaves or the oiling of the leaves. For anyone who has no clue how to make pastelles, and is trying it for the first time, that is paramount information.
Ive heard you're only supposed to use cornflour and not corn meal for the dough, also I tried this recipe but with the cornflour as traditionally used.I would also say 1/4 cup of coconut oil you called for was too much because the coconut oil made the dough come out waaaaay too greasy, just for anyone who is thinking of using this exact recipe, this is such a special dish you don't want to mess it up half way through making it, I just followed the instructions on the bag for the dough.
looks very easy.. can u all post a lasagna recipe plz?
