Today i am making beef paya recipe here i take bones or trotters 700 gms and bong or meat is also 700 gms so this paya recipe with meat gives amazing taste so you must try this delicious recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
Bones / paya or hadi – 750 gms
Water / pani – 2 +1/2 liter
Turmeric powder / haldi – 1/2 Tsp
Ginger Garlic paste /adrak lehson pissa howa – 1 Tsp
Bay leaves / tez paat – 2 to 3
cover & cook untill it will done on low flame
almost 2.5 hours of cooking and bones is completly done
NOTE* yakhni or broth should be remain 3/4
now take out all bones in a separate bowl
For meat:
Oil /tail – 3/4 cup or 1 cup ( depends on you )
Black pepper / kali mirch – 1/2 Tsp
Clove / long – 1 Tsp
Cumin / zeera – 1/2 Tsp
Star anise / badiyan – 2
Green cardamom / choti ellaichi – 2
Cinnamon sticks / darcheeni – 2 sticks
Black cardamom / bari ellaichi – 1
Onion / piyaz – 2 large size
Beef / boong – 700 gms
Gigner Garlic paste / adrak lehson – 1 Tbsp
Chili flakes / kuti mirch – 1/2 Tsp
Red chili powder / laal mirch – 1/2 Tsp
Salt to taste / namak
Turmeric powder / haldi – 1/ 2 Tsp
Corriancer powder / dhania powder – 2 Tbsp
Yoghurt / dahi – 1/2 cup
Tomato grinded / timatar – 2 medium size
Cumin roast & crush /zeera bhuna kuta – 1+1/2 Tbsp
Garam masala powder – 2 Tsp

Ginger julienne / bareek kati adrak as required
