0:01 – 0:10 Green Sauce Mixture w Chicken
0:15 – 0:17 – Green Sauce Mixture+Chicken w Melted Brown Sugar
Let this simmer for 10 minutes
0:19 – 0:25 Then add Rice, Coconut Milk, Pigeon Peas (if wanted), Pumpkin Spice I think, Cooking Butter; then Mix together.
0:27 – 0:29 Add Water then Cover Pot for 30-45mins
0:34 – Meal Finished (Add Salt if Butter isn't salted already) and Add pepper for taste

Mine did not come out this brown 🙁
Covering the beef for 10 mns produced a lot of liquid and didn't brown. I'd suggest cooking the meat without covering to brown and cooking it twice as long covered. Nonetheless that was delicious!
