Beef Ribs! đŸ”Ĩ 🐄

Nothing better than some perfectly cooked beef ribs!
These will go great to any long weekend bbq feast!

Everything startsbwith a great cut of meat!
3 bone plate short ribs

Trim up the top fat and silverskin, youre going to boil this down and make beef tallow out of youre going to use this in wrapping your ribs up!

Season with beef bulion powder onto the meat side!
Salt pepper and granulated garlic

Smoked at 240 for 7 hours and speitzed three times through the cook

Wrapped up with the beef tallow and back pn meat side down so it can confit in its own fat!

Cook to 205 then let cool and rest for an hour!

Then youre ready to eat!
