BEEF SALPICAO is a quick stir-fry, it is a Spanish inspired Filipino dish.
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 kilo Beef Brisket
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 head Garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Sugar (brown)
3 cups Water or Beef Stock
2 tbsp Butter
extra Garlic, sliced
Chives or Spring Onion
