Not criticising but just wondered why you used a ready made stir fry mix from tesco? Do you live on your own it's a good idea for people who live on their own because there would be a lot of food waste if everything was bought separately as it's hard to find ingredients like beansprouts that come in smaller sizes. I know this as I live on my own and have had problems like this before with cooking but just wondered what your reason was if any. Thanks
